A bit more powerful than the 360?

I huess the Wii2 is this gen and not the start of the next gen afterall
With the Wii 2 set to be announced at E3 this year, M$ need to line up an Xbox 720 announcement. Tell gamers its coming out in 2012. It might be enugh to make some people hold off purchasing a Wii2 the way Sony did with the PS2/Dreamcast.
One Question:
Will the Wii 2 be part of this generation the same as the original Xbox was to the last generation (even though it came out years after the competition) or will it be the first of the next gen systems?

Is this game coming out on the 360 now? Otherwise, why would it be in the Xbox section?
The Wii has last gen tech. It was outdated in 2006. The 360 became useless last year. The PS3 has a couple of years left in it.

Everyone wants next gen consoles. Crystek, Ubisoft, Captom, and now DICE.
Give us a hard core next gen gaming system M$, leave the 360 to the casuals.
A rebrand to make it appeal even more to the casual Wii crowd.
What has happened to my Xbox 360?
When i brought it in 2005 it was a hard core gaming system for gamers.
Now, its all about colourful baby looking dashboards, Mii-like avatars, and Wii-rip off Kinect shovelware

If i were Sony - i'd be poking put at the RROD EVERY SINGLE DAY since the 360's launch in 2005.
I'd have tv adverts saying how much reliable the PS3 is compared to 'other' next gen systems.

I've had 8 Xbox 360's break on me since 2005.
My 9th is a slim and i brought it last september. Still going strong...

I'd like the option to play GTA 5 in first person mode with rainbow 6-like cover system.
The 3rd person gameplay is too glitchy.
I'd like to buy a new xbox this year, next year at the latest. I feel the need for new hardware. I could wait until 2013-2015 for the PS4.

Battlefield will be the better game this year, but COD will get more sales as usual sadly. Unless Activision launch their plan of monthly online subscriptions...
I hope it gets announced this E3 for a 2012 release
